103rd Street, Jacksonville, FL Time: 12:00p.m. (The Library changed our time.) The date and time of our monthly meetings are subject to
change if the Webb Westconnett Library is used for Library functions, or for
Community use such as Early Voting. During 2009, our schedule has had many changes, over which
we have no control. It will happen once again, for our November 21st meeting.
Election of Officers, for the 2010-2011 term of office
will be first. Ballots will be distributed and members will vote. The marked
ballots will be collected and as the Nominating Committee counts the votes,
our meeting will begin. Our program will be "Reminiscing".
We are asking members to be prepared to discuss for two to four minutes, a
memorable event in their life, which may be of interest to other members. 2:00 p.m. We must vacate the Auditorium by 2:00 p.m. Because of this restriction, we will not ask
members to bring finger food, as we’ve done in past years. However, we will
have cookies available for all to enjoy. 40th Anniversary Cookbook The cookbook order is in! We ended up with about 200 recipes - and each one sounded so good! We were told they would be to us by Christmas; we will let you know more as we learn more.
